Lead Submissions
The home base for every lead you collect.
Lead Submissions is your inbox. Every form-fill from your website, every manually entered lead, every cold-call note, and every lead you save from the Lead Generator all land here. Think of it as Mission Control — you'll spend most of your day on this page.
How To Use Lead Submissions
- 1Open Lead Submissions from your dashboard — it's the page you land on after signing in.
- 2Use the tabs at the top to switch between New leads, Touched, Archive, and Assigned views so you can see exactly where each lead stands.
- 3Tap the Filters button to narrow leads by Type (Buyer, Seller, Investor, Wholesaler, Realtor, Student) or by Source (Direct, Manual, Cold Call, Lead Creator).
- 4Click any Lead Card to expand it and read the full property details, contact info, and any notes your team has left.
- 5Use the Add Lead button to type a lead in by hand, or the Cold Call Entry button to log a call you just made.
- 6Open the Actions menu on any Lead Card to share it with a teammate, send a Property Snapshot, push it to the Lead Evaluator, or Send to CRM.
- 7When a lead is done, archive it so your New tab stays clean and focused on what needs attention right now.
Lead Submissions feeds the Lead Evaluator (with one click in the Actions menu) and the KMFCRE DASH (using Send to CRM, which creates a Case in your team's workspace).
Lead Generator
Pull off-market leads straight from the data sources.
The Lead Generator goes out and finds properties for you. You set the filters — area, property type, distress signals — and it returns a list of properties you can save straight into Lead Submissions.
How To Use Lead Generator
- 1Open the Lead Generator from the Tools menu inside your dashboard.
- 2Pick a generator mode that matches the play you're running (RentCast pull, Distressed filter, or FSBO / Zillow listings).
- 3Enter your search area — city, ZIP, or county — and choose the property type and unit count you're targeting.
- 4Click Generate and review the results. Each row shows the address, owner info, and key property details.
- 5Hit Save Lead on any property that fits your buy box — it instantly appears on the Lead Submissions page under the New tab.
- 6Rerun the search with different filters whenever you want to widen or narrow your net.
Every lead you save here flows straight into Lead Submissions, where you can then evaluate it, skip trace it, or send it to KMFCRE DASH.
Lead Evaluator
Underwrite any property in seconds.
The Lead Evaluator is your underwriting calculator. Plug in an address, value, and a few details — it returns a clear deal analysis you can use to decide whether to move forward, walk away, or counter-offer.
How To Use Lead Evaluator
- 1Open the Lead Evaluator from the Tools menu, or click Evaluate inside the Actions menu of any Lead Card.
- 2If you came from a Lead Card, the address, value, and unit count will already be filled in for you — just review and adjust.
- 3Enter the asking price, estimated repairs, and any rent or income figures you have.
- 4Pick an exit strategy (Buy & Hold, BRRRR, Flip, or Wholesale) so the tool can show the metrics that matter for that play.
- 5Click Evaluate to see your cash flow, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, and recommended offer range.
- 6Use the Send Property Snapshot button to email a clean one-page summary to a buyer, partner, or seller.
The Evaluator is launched directly from a Lead Card's Actions menu and can email a Property Snapshot to contacts stored in KMFCRE DASH.
Custom Skip Tracing
Find the owner behind any property.
Custom Skip Tracing pulls verified phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses for the people connected to a property. Use it when the public record only shows an LLC or when you need a fresh number to start a conversation.
How To Use Custom Skip Tracing
- 1Open the Custom Skip Tracing tool from the Tools menu inside your dashboard.
- 2Enter the property address — and the owner name if you have it — then click Run Skip Trace.
- 3Review the returned contacts: phone numbers, emails, mailing addresses, and likely relatives.
- 4Click Save to Lead to attach the contact info to a new lead on the Lead Submissions page, or attach it to an existing lead.
- 5Use Download Skip Trace PDF when you want a clean record to keep with the lead file.
Skip Trace results can be saved as a new lead on Lead Submissions or attached to an existing lead, which then flows into KMFCRE DASH if you send it to CRM.
KMFCRE DASH
Your CRM for cases, contacts, deals, and your team.
KMFCRE DASH is the CRM layer. Once a lead is worth real follow-up, send it here — it becomes a Case you can track from first contact to closed Deal. Each team gets its own private workspace and only team members and the Team Administrator can see what's inside.
How To Use KMFCRE DASH
- 1Open KMFCRE DASH from the Tools menu. You'll land on your team's workspace by default.
- 2Use the workspace dropdown at the top to switch between any workspace you belong to.
- 3Click the Cases tab to see leads you created or were assigned to you. Team Admins can toggle Show Team Cases to see every case across the team.
- 4Open a Case to add notes, attach documents, log emails, and update the status as you work it.
- 5Use the Deals tab to track active deals — pipeline stage, value, and expected close date all live here.
- 6Use the Contacts and Companies tabs to keep buyer, seller, and partner records organized.
- 7Team Administrators can use the Members tab to see who is on the team and assign cases to specific members.
- 8Use Add Lead or Send to CRM (from a Lead Card on the Lead Submissions page) to create a new Case inside your team workspace.
- 9From the KMFCRE DASH page, use Bulk Lead Assign to push a batch of leads from Lead Submissions to a specific teammate as Cases.
KMFCRE DASH receives Cases from Lead Submissions (Send to CRM and Bulk Lead Assign), and Cases convert into Deals when you're ready to close.
